Doll Face Skin Club

Doll Face Skin Club is a skin and wellness studio built for people who want serious skincare without the clinical, buttoned-up personality that usually comes with it. I helped shape a social presence that feels distinctly Doll Face: playful, a little rebellious and 100% true to the person behind the brand.

The strategy was built around committing fully to what made Doll Face different rather than softening its edges for broader appeal. That led to a tagline I developed⸺

“skincare for the dolls and deviants,”

⸺to capture the community we wanted to build and give the brand language that felt entirely its own. We committed to a niche identity, found the right audience and built a community around it, creating a social presence that feels specific, relatable and unmistakably Doll Face.

THE BRIEF:

Circus maximalism, feminine with an edge and an unapologetic love for clowns. If Valentine’s Day and Halloween had a baby, it would manifest itself through Doll Face Skin Club.

THE LOOK:

This became the creative lens for everything created. Graphics are bold, layered and deliberately over-the-top, pulling from vintage circus ephemera, tattoo culture, kitsch, romance and the slightly strange. The goal was to to build a visual world people could instantly recognize before they even saw the name.

Doll Face, Everywhere

Not every skincare post needs to pretend everything is fine. This carousel acknowledged what our audience was already feeling and connected it back to Doll Face’s larger role as a space for care, community and sometimes just a place to land.

Rather than forcing a service into the conversation, the strategy was to meet the moment honestly and make room for the absurdity of caring about your skin when everything else feels much bigger. Turns out, that tension was exactly the point. The post gave people something real to connect with while reinforcing why Doll Face exists beyond the treatment room.
